[00:05.66]Everybody has blue days.
[00:09.28]These are miserable days when you feel lousy, grumpy, lonely, and utterly exhausted.
[00:16.50]Days when you feel small and insignificant, when everything seems just out of reach.
[00:23.39]You can’t rise to the occasion.
[00:25.69]Just getting started seems impossible.
[00:28.76]On blue days you can become paranoid that everyone is out to get you.
[00:34.55]This is not always such a bad thing.
[00:37.39]You feel frustrated and anxious, which can induce a nail-biting frenzy
[00:43.63]that can escalate into a triple-chocolate-mud-cake-eating frenzy in a blink of an eye!
[00:49.76]On blue days you feel like you’re floating in an ocean of sadness.
[00:55.23]You’re about to burst into tears at any moment and you don’t even know why.
[01:01.03]Ultimately, you feel like you’re wandering through life without purpose.
[01:05.84]You’re not sure how much longer you can hang on, and you feel like shouting,
[01:11.09]“Will someone please shoot me!”
[01:13.50]It doesn’t take much to bring on a blue day.
[01:17.00]You might just wake up not feeling or looking your best,
[01:21.60]find some new wrinkles, put on a little weight, or get a huge pimple on your nose.
[01:28.16]You could forget your date’s name or have an embarrassing photograph published.
[01:33.74]You might get dumped, divorced, or fired, make a fool of yourself in public,
[01:39.65]be afflicted with a demeaning nickname,or just have a plain old bad-hair day.
[01:46.11]Maybe work is a pain in the butt.
[01:49.61]You’re under major pressure to fill someone else’s shoes,
[01:53.11]your boss is picking on you, and everyone in the office is driving you crazy.
[01:58.25]You might have a splitting headache,or a slipped dish, bad breath, a toothache,
[02:04.70]chronic gas, dry lips, or a nasty ingrown toenail.
[02:09.63]Whatever the reason, you’re convinced that someone up there doesn’t like you.
[02:15.31]Oh what to do, what to dooo?
