Ingredients 食材:
· 4 lbs large potatoes 4磅大土豆
· 1/4 pint milk (warmed) 4品脱温牛奶
· 2 oz butter 2盎司黄油
· 1 large egg 1个大鸡蛋
· Salt and pepper 盐和胡椒粉
· Parsley sprigs and lemon slices, for garnish 用作装饰的西芹和柠檬片
To prepare 准备:
· Peel potatoes, cut into large chunks, boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.

· Beat in the warm milk, most of the butter and the egg yolk. Season to taste.
加入温牛奶、大部分黄油和蛋黄并调味。
· Lightly whisk the egg white until it just holds its shape. Fold into the potato mixture.
轻轻搅动蛋清直到成形,拌入土豆混合物中;
· Spoon the mixture into a greased 5-pint shallow oveNPRoof dish. Dot the top with the remaining butter and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
用勺子将调好的混合物放入5品脱的耐热浅盘中,将剩下的黄油点在顶部,并撒上黑胡椒。
· Place on lower shelf of oven and bake at 200ºC for about 45 minutes.
将浅盘放在烤箱的下层架子上,200ºC的温度下烤约45分钟即可。
·Garnish.
最后洒上装饰用配菜。
