诺基亚将在大陆成立移动服务合资公司

Finnish mobile phone giant Nokia Corp. (NOK) said Wednesday it will form a joint venture with New Alliance to offer mobile services in China.
芬兰移动电话巨头诺基亚公司(Nokia Co.)周三称，公司将与New Alliance组建合资公司，在中国大陆市场提供移动服务。

New Alliance is part Chinese investment and financial services provider Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd.
New Alliance是中国大陆投资和金融服务提供商上海联和投资有限公司(Shanghai Alliance Investment Ltd.)的所属公司。

The 50-50 joint venture, Nokia Alliance Internet Services Company Ltd., will launch in January and involve around 80 people.
双方将各持合资公司Nokia Alliance Internet Services Company Ltd.一半的股权。这家合资公司将于明年1月份挂牌营业，员工约80人。

'As Nokia is entering the services business in China, establishing this joint venture is a natural step to help us bring locally relevant mobile services to Chinese consumers,' said Niklas Savander, Nokia Executive Vice President of Services.
诺基亚服务部门的执行副总裁Niklas Savander称，因诺基亚正计划进军中国市场，成立上述合资公司是顺理成章的一步，有助于公司把与本地相关的移动服务带给中国客户。
