几个步骤让你的生活更健康
Health is almost a craze these days it seems. Everyone is more focused on their health of themselves and those around them. I applaud this new craze, and how it's become an interest to people now, more than ever. Do you want to be healthier? Do you want to get off on the right foot? Here are some tips to get started, and be healthier by tomorrow!
1. Eat right.
Don't skip meals.Eat a healthy breakfast and be familiar with what you should be eating.
2. Start exercising.
Even if it's just walking.Make a plan, and commit to it.Start a routine!
3. Void caffeine.
Caffeine causes more problems than you think.Avoid it the best you can. Skipping coffee or soda even once a day is helpful.
4. Watch less television.
Spend time exercising, make home improvements, etc.
5. Read more.
Reading does a lot of good and keeps your mind sharp.
6. Get a physical.
See where you're currently at with your health.
7. Drink more water.
Never underestimate the power of water!
8. Take vitamins.
Especially if your diet isn't well rounded.

咖啡因会引起比你想像的要严重的问题。如果可能的话尽量避免咖啡因。每天一次不饮用咖啡或苏打水,对你都是有帮助的
4. 少看电视。
花时间来锻炼,让家里发生一些小变化等等。
5. 读的更多。
阅读许多对你有益的书,使你思维敏捷。
6. 做一次体检。
了解目前你的健康状况。
7. 多喝水。
永远不要低估水的力量!
8. 服用维生素。
尤其是在你的饮食不全面的情况下。
