Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
巧克力草莓
Strawberries dipped in chocolate are not only delicious, but they are also healthy and easy to make. Start by buying ripe, plump strawberries from the grocery store. You can also use another fruits, based on your preference. Buy dark, milk or white chocolate, or a combination of all three, and melt them in a fondue part. If you don't have a fondue pot, heat the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, or melt the chocolate in the microwave. Line a baking sheet or large platter with wax paper and set aside. When the chocolate has melted, dip the strawberries lengthwise halfway, shake off the excess chocolate and place them on the wax paper to cool.
巧克力草莓不仅美味还很健康,制作起来也很简单。首先,需要从食品店中购买草莓,要选择成熟的,果形饱满的草莓。或者也可以根据个人喜好,选用其他的水果。其次,需要购买巧克力,可以是黑巧克力,牛奶巧克力,白巧克力,也可以是三种混合。 然后将巧克力在小锅中融化。如果没有小锅,可以使用平底锅,小火把巧克力融化。也可以用微波炉。接着,拿出一个烤盘或者是大盘子,铺上蜡纸,一旁备用。当巧克力彻底融化开,将草莓纵向放入沾取巧克力,巧克力只需覆盖草莓的一半,取出后稍微晃去多余的巧克力并将它们置于蜡纸上冷却。
