CRI听力:Business Start-ups should not be restricted to specific areas
These are difficult times for job-seekers, especially college graduates.
That's why they're being encouraged to start their own business.
An industrial zone in Jilin Province has launched a project which encourages graduates to open their own sock mills.
Under the program, graduates have access to production facilities and captial. They can even pay for their loan in installments.(www.hXen.com)
However, some students are still reluctant, claiming the sock business is not related to what they studied.
An article in the Xinhua Daily Telegraph says college graduates should not limit themselves when starting a business.
It says it ‘s best to start a business in an area relating to one's major, but such ideal opportunities can sometimes be limited. And while it may seem easy to run a sock mill, actually getting down to managing it, is something else.
