CRI听力:Fight Club to be Published as Comic Book Series
A sequel to the film "Fight Club" is to be published as a comic book series.
Chuck Palahniuk, the author of the original novel, say's the sequel will be published in May 2015, continuing a decade after the first installment.
The story concludes with the unnamed narrator realizing his manipulative and aggressive companion, Tyler Durden, is his own alter-ego.
The original novel became a film staring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton in 1999.
The publisher, Dark Horse Comics, said Fight Club 2 would be set alternately in the past and the future, illustrated by Cameron Stewart.
Palahniuk says the approach will be more "cartoony" because it was better suited to the "density of the story and for its more absurdly comical moments.
