A new schedule has been laid out for sallary reforms at China's 'big-4' state-run banks, along with this country's central bank.
The Bank of China, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction bank, Agriculture Bank of China and the People's Bank of China will be the first to be hit with the sallary structure changes.
The changes were first proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping this past month.
For more on this, we are joined on the line by Mike Bastin, Visiting Professor at China's University of International Business and Economics.
