CRI听力:China's MIIT to Issue second 4G licenses by Year End

It's being reported the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is working toward issuing a new round of 4G licenses for FDD-LTE technology.
This is a common network used outside of China.
Both China Telecom and Unicom have been calling on regulators to open up the technology, as China Mobile has been dominating the market with its Chinese-backed TD-LTE system.
