Authorities operating the new Tianjin Free Trade Zone have made adjustments to streamline the approval procedure.
Potential business operators in the FTZ are now able to get their paperwork done at one counter.
Shen Liqun is with the Tianjin Free Trade Zone.
"In the past, applicants had to go to different departments to finish their registration procedures. But now now we can handle their applications through one window. As an example, the whole process of applying for a special equipment business license I handled just a moment ago just took about ten minutes. All it took was our staff scanning his QR code."
The Tianjin Free Trade Zone includes the Tianjin Port, the Tianjin Binhai International Airport and the Tianjin Binhai New Area Central Business District.
