The New York Rangers and the Tampa Bay Lightning practiced on Thursday, a day before meeting in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final in New York.

Rangers goaltender Henrik Lundqvist says Game 7 is 'special'.

"Both teams are playing for the same thing - it's not like they have an advantage or anything so. And I think you can feel that excitement in the building as well, as a fan, you know, knowing that the season is on the line and we've been there before, they have as well so I think, you know, you've got to control your nerves, obviously, and your focus needs to be on the right things."

The Swedish superstar has won his last six Games 7s, posting a 0.81 goals against average, a 0.973 save percentage and one shutout.

The six consecutive Game 7 wins are an NHL record and his Game 7 wins are tied with Martin Brodeur and Patrick Roy for the most in NHL history.

New York is now 15-3 since 2012 in games where the team was facing elimination.

The winner of Game 7 will face off against either the Anaheim Ducks or the Chicago Blackhawks, with that series also going to a Game 7.
