CRI听力:Wang Jianan Takes Bronze at Beijing World Championships
18-year old Wang Jianan of China has earned bronze in the men's long jump the IAAF World Championships in Beijing.
"The bronze medal gives me a lot of confidence. But I will still be focused on my training, training as hard as usual. I will keep learning from my big brothers on the national team. We will compete in the World Indoor Championships and Olympics in Rio next year."
Britain's Olympic and European champion Greg Rutherford claimed gold.
World record holder David Rudisha has earned his 2nd 800 metre world title in men's 800-meters.
"Not the world leading, I don't have the world leading time. I have been beaten in the a few races before I came back here. But I leant that I have a problem with my finishing speed. And that is what I have been working on. When I got it I knew I have a better chance of coming here and win the title."
In women's events, Cuban discus thrower Denia Caballero has taken the gold medal.
In women's 1,500m race, it's Genzebe Dibaba of Ethiopia claiming the title.
