CRI听力:Manchester Utd Beat Southampton 3-2 in EPL
Anthony Martial scored twice in his first Premier League to help Manchester United come from behind to beat Southampton 3-2 on Monday.
United manager Louis van Gaal offered these thoughts on the win.
"I'm always very pleased to see that amount of passes because you are controlling the game. We are not just keeping possession to control the game, I say to the players that when we do that we will start to see the gaps in the opposition. We played a possession game today and I was very pleased. It's confirmation of our philosophy."
The victory moves United up to second in the Premier League on 13 points, only two behind cross-town rivals Manchester City.
This comes after Manchester City was handed a surprising setback, going down to West Ham United 2-1.
