Reports have been suggesting this coming week's trip to the UK by Chinese President Xi Jinping is going to include the signing of a new agreement connected to renminbi bond issues.
While these reports have not been confirmed, London is already one of the key global hubs for the processing of the Chinese currency through transactions made in the renminbi.
For more on what the UK has to offer China when it comes to the internationalization of the currency, CRI's Luo Yu spoke earlier with Sherry Madera, Director of Financial Services with UK Trade and Investment in China.
