Former Liverpool player John Barnes has attended a football promotion activity in Tianjin.
The 52-year-old is here in China as part of Liverpool's promotional tour of China this year.
"I mean, I know very well in Asia, in China, that how well Liverpool are. Because, you know, I have come to this part of the world. I have been to China for twice. I didn't surprise me. Because I know how passionate football fans are as much as people in Europe might be surprised," says John Barnes.
Liverpool has also sent two coaches from its international football academy to Tianjin.
