A court in Beijing's Haidian District has ruled in favor of Google against the original Chinese owner of the domain name of "AndroidPay.com".
The court has ruled that because Android is a trademark owned by Google, the domain also belongs to Google.
The Chinese owner of the domain bought it from another person who had registered it in 2014 and had also refused to sell it to Google.
She appealed to the Haidian People's Court after the National Arbitration Forum in the US ruled that the domain should be Google's.
For more on this case and the protection of intellectual property rights, CRI's Liu Kun spoke earlier Luo Li, Associate Professor at Renmin Law School.
