Smart city has been widely seen as an advanced stage of urban development, as assurance of fine technologies and quality services being applied to improve urban environment and livelihood. But what is a "smart city" and exactly how to make cities smart and green?
CRI's Li Ningjing recently sat down with Marcus Lauber, General Manager and Associate Partner of Drees & Sommer Project Management and Consulting Company at the National Convention Center, where UrbanTec Asia 2016 exhibition is being held, to have him explain further the concept of "smart city" and challenges we are still facing in getting our cities smart.
