CRI听力:China Mobile to get involved in cross-border e-commerce
China Mobile's 12580 website is gaining much attention for its involvement in cross-border e-commerce.
Over 140 items, including skincare, makeup, mother and child household and Japan handcrafts are available for customers on the websites.
The move comes following the cooperation between China Mobile and a Japanese telecom operator.
The Japanese side will be responsible for the supply chain, pricing, and logistics while China Mobile is responsible for selling.
Goods will be sent through international logistics and transport to the free trade zone in Hangzhou Customs before being delivered to customers by China EMS.
For more on Wanda's priorities, we're on the line with Mike Bastin, Director of the China Business Centre at Southampton Solent University.
