"Hi, this is Bridget Grace from New Zealand, one of the sports presenters of the Beijing Hour at China Radio International.
It will be my first Chinese New Year in China, so I'm looking forward to seeing all the fireworks.
What I love about the year of the Rooster is the Chinese proverbs. Wen Ji Qi Wu, which means rise up upon hearing the crow of the rooster and practice with the sword. Or He Li Ji Qun, like a crane standing among chickens, stand head and shoulders above others. They are just so evocative and beautiful.
Xin Chun Kuai Le, Shen Ti Jian Kang! Happy Chinese New Year!"
