23 provincial-level regions in China have released their individual targets for fixed asset investments this year, totaling a combined 40-trillion yuan.
Overall spending targets for this year are expected to hit 45 trillion yuan once all the regional wish-lists are sent in to the central government.
Analysis is suggesting total national investment on fixed assets this year is expected to come in at more than 67 trillion yuan, which would represent growth of around 8.7-percent.
Chinese government fixed asset investment in China has been dropping for the past 7-years.
