CRI听力:Co-produced comedy 'How I Became Russian' to hit Chinese theatres soon

A new comedy 'How I Became Russian', jointly produced by China and Russia, is scheduled to hit Chinese theatres on the 18th of January.
That's according to a newly released film poster, which includes a release date for China.
The movie adaptation focuses on the relation between a young man from Shanghai, China and his Russian girlfriend. However, in Russia, he encounters a very strong-minded father-in-law he never expected.
The movie hired a main cast from the original 20-episode Russian TV drama series, joined by Chinese director Xia Hao and young actor Dong Chang.
The film is expected to enable Chinese moviegoers know better about exotic customs in Russia, and have closer ties.
