The Mexican Foreign Minister says his country plans to complain to the International Court of Justice about Bolivia, which accuses it of harassing its diplomats in La Paz. Bolivia described the move as a mistake. It wants Mexico to deny asylum to nine Bolivian officials who've taken refuge at the embassy.
The Sudanese government has apologized to Christians for what described as years of oppression by former President Bashir. It's said physical harm had been inflicted on Christians. Their property had been stolen and churches destroyed.
Wikipedia has welcomed the ruling from Turkey's Constitutional Court, declaring its ban unconstitutional. The court said the ban contravened the right to freedom of expression.
At least 30 soldiers in Western Niger have been killed by suspected Islamic militants. Reports say they were attacked in the Tillaberi region, where Jihadist killed more than 70 soldiers earlier this month.
Ivory Coast State prosecutor says an audio recording of the former rebel and presidential candidate Guillaume Soro shows that he was planning a coup. Richard Adou says the recording had been made by the secret service. Mr Soro 's lawyer did not deny the authenticity of the recording, but said it was incomplete.
The Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his rival Gideon Saar have both asked members of the governing Likud Party for their support in the leadership election. Voting ends in half an hour.
The Iraqi President Barham Salih has offered to resign after refusing to name the candidate of pro-Iranian bloc as prime minister. The governor of Basra Province Asaad al-Edani was proposed by an alliance party, which says it's the biggest group in the Iraqi parliament.
And the German singer and conductor Peter Schreier has died at the age of 84. He performed at many of the world's most prestigious opera houses and was renowned for his interpretations of leader.
