Professional wrestler Chris Benoit is dead and police say he killed his wife and his child before killing himself. Now his personal doctor is being charged with improperly dispensing painkillers and other drugs. It is believed that drugs may have caused Benoit to murder his family and then take his own life. But the case, of course, is still under investigation.

Meanwhile Lewis "Scooter" Libby faces a major setback as he fights to stay out of prison. An appeal's court has ruled against Libby in his bid to remain free as he appeals his conviction. Vice President Dick Cheney's former top aide was sentenced to 30 months in prison for perjury and obstructing justice in the CIA leak investigation. Libby will have to report to prison when the Bureau of Prisons sets that surrender date.

And a British bomb disposal unit has carried out at least two controlled explosions at a Glasgow, Scotland hospital. The hospital is now treating one of the men arrested in Saturday's attack on Glasgow's airport for burns. Sources tell cnn that investigators believe that two men arrested at the Glasgow attack were also the ones who parked two car bombs in London on Friday. They say one of the men has now been identified as the Iraqi doctor Bilal Abdullah. Sources with knowledge of the investigation tell cnn that at least two more doctors are among the seven suspects who have already been arrested. They say one of them is a Jordanian physician named Mohammed Asha who moved to England two years ago. The third, however, hasn't been identified but the British Press Association says he is from India.

Now that hot new iPhone has been getting some buyers pretty hot around the collar. People who bought the Apple gadget over the weekend say that they've had so many problems getting those things to work. The issue is the activation through AT&T, that exclusive carrier for the iPhone. Well some customers say that they've waited two days to get their iPhones activated. Well, AT&T now says that the large number of new accounts basically overwhelmed its servers. But the problem has been addressed and now activation is complete in a matter of minutes.
