In the Philippines, some the people have not had shelter or electricity  for more than a week since typhoon Haiyan slammed into the island nation. Watch this, you are going to see a wall of water come rushing in. That was the storm surge from Haiyan. The sea water that comes rushing onto shore. Officials say with storms like this, typhoons and hurricanes, storm surges are usually the biggest threat of property. Many Philippines are in desperate need for food and supplies. The US, UK, and other countries, are part of the relief efforts. Now some of that aid is finally reaching to victims.

In middle of chaos lasting a week or so, there are signs now that the relief operation could be on the way in earnest. For about three hours now, line has been forming now several hundreds meters long of people that have from different surrounding areas. Some of them walk up for an hour. They say they have to walk because of bus fares transport fares have increased five folds in some cases. And they are coming now for the first time to receive some food aid.

A developing story when we putting show yesterday. Severe weathers are ripping through part of the middle west of the US. One meteorologist says 26 states and more than a hundred million people could have been affected. In northern Indiana, National weather service sends out this message. The worst decision you could make today is to ignore a severe or tornado warning. The storm will be nasty. You can see why in some of this videos winds got up to  86 miles an hour in some spots. Nearly 50, five zero, 50 tornadoes were reported on Sunday afternoon. At least 1 person was killed as a result of the severe weather and the storm left behind extensive damage. A  storm chaser told cnn that the storm was moving so fast that it was hard for him and his crew to keep up.
