Fox News:研究发现45%的心脏病会悄无声息发作
A new study finds almost half of all heart attacks cause no obvious symptoms, but can still be life threatening.
Researchers at Wake Forest University following more than 9,000 middle aged men and women in four states: Maryland, Mississippi, Minnesota and North Carolina during nearly 13 years of study,45% of heart attacks were silent with vague symptoms if any, like mild fatigue…
But those who had silent heart attacks were three times more likely to die from heart related causes than those without heart attacks during the study.
Those suffering classic heart attacks were five times more likely to die.
The researchers recommended the same treatment for both: Lots of exercise and controlling weight, blood pressure and cholesterol.
