Fox News:朝鲜再次进行火箭发动机试验

 It's the first rocket engine test since the rogue communist regime conducted three in March. 

U.S. officials tell FOX the test could be used for a future inter-continental ballistic missile capable of hitting the United States or for a new rocket engine to put a satellite into space

American officials have long warned the technology used for putting satellites into space is the same used for a nuclear missile capable of hitting the United States. 

This news comes on the same day the U.S. military said it failed to shoot-down a ballistic missile using an interceptor missile fired from a U.S. warship. A previous test in February was successful.
