Plans for a vote on a Republican-drafted health care bill this week in the Senate were scrapped, an opportunity Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer says to go back to the drawing board: "We Democrats are genuinely interested in finding a place where our two parties can come together on health care."

Schumer challenging President Trump to invite all 100 Senators for a health care debate. Republican leaders say they have to go it alone, accusing Democrats of an unserious attitude about the Affordable Care Act.
