NBC新闻:疫情下的云婚礼
Years of dreaming and months of planning suddenly giving way to days of reshuffle. It wasn't at all what we expected. Because of the pandemic Kent Anderson and Sarah Hutton's big march wedding in New York quickly turned into a tiny backyard ceremony officiated by her mom. I now pronounce you husband and wife. Followed by a zoom reception complete with tuxes and toasts.
Despite all of that still the best day of your lives. Yeah, now we get to have our amazing shelter-in-place honeymoon. In Wisconsin guests safely cheered a newly hitched couple from the parking lot. In Pittsburgh a bride's parents found a way to walk her down the aisle of an empty sanctuary. I do ingenuity. We are married, I think that’s, you know, really what it’s about at the end of the day. For better or worse couples are still tying the knot as tight as ever.
