Grammar
Stressed and stressed out are nearly always interchangeable, when it means nervous or worried. Stressed out is a more informal and modern alternative:

Susan is really stressed about her final examination.
Susan is really stressed out about her final examination.

However with the construction "to stress someone out" we have to use the preposition "out":
Jack has been really stressing me out recently. He is always criticizing my work. 

Exercise:
Put “out”, after stress, in the following sentences if possible:在适当的位置填写"out"，用的空不需要填
