It’s reported that not getting enough sleep can cause problems in a student’s life.<?xml:namespace prefix = v ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" /> Many students fall asleep at school or while doing their homework. So they get lower grades than those who get enough sleep. Many scientists suggest middle school students should have about 9 hours’ sleep a night. As for the students who feel nervous and forgetful, most of them don’t get enough sleep at night.

Why aren’t students getting enough sleep?

Most students have one of the following things: too much homework, a mobile phone, or a computer in their bedrooms. As a result, many students can’t fall sleep before 11:00 p.m.  But they have to get up early for school the next day.
