娱乐英语新闻:Lindsay Lohan happy to strip
BEIJING, April 23 -- Lindsay Lohan wants to strip in a burlesque show "just for play."
The "I Know Who Killed Me" actress has denied she is being lined up for a stint in racy production "Peepshow" alongside former Spice Girl Mel B, but would consider a one-off appearance.
She said: "One show as a guest would be fun. Just for play."
Actress Lindsay Lohan arrives at the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles Sept. 7, 2008. |
Lindsay, 22, attended the grand opening of "Peepshow" in Las Vegas last Saturday, and it has since been rumoured she will take over the lead role of Bo Peep in the topless show from actress Kelly Monaco.
She reportedly told friends: "If they make me an offer, and the money's right, I'll do it."
In the show, Bo Peep is a timid girl who is transformed into a confident, sexy woman by Peep Diva, played by Mel.
A source confirmed the show's organizers are interested in signing Lindsay, saying: "The producers are very interested in Lindsay and would be more than happy to take the risk of having the troubled star come on board.
"But it's a toss between Lohan, Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend Holly Madison and Brooke Burke for the racy role."
Lindsay will be interviewed later on Wednesday by Ellen DeGeneres in her first TV appearance since she split from DJ Samantha Ronson earlier this month.
