BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhuanet)-- Justin Timberlake's "stalker" won't be bothering him anytime soon as a judge ordered a woman to stay away from him for the next three years, according to media reports on Monday.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham granted Timberlake a three-year restraining order against Karen McNeil, a woman accused of making uninvited visits to his home in Los Angeles, bypassing his security in the process.

McNeil, 48, is described by Timberlake's court documents as an "obsessed and mentally unstable stalker" who the singer "does not personally know or have any relationship with."

Cunningham ruled that McNeil must stay at least 100 yards away from Timberlake, his home, his work and his car.

Timberlake was not present for the court proceedings, but entered a sworn declaration.

The 28-year-old singer has won multiple Grammy Awards for songs such as "SexyBack" and "Cry Me a River."
