娱乐英语新闻:Report: Bullock ready with divorce papers from cheating hubby

BEIJING, April 6 (Xinhuanet) -- Oscar winning actress Sandra Bullock is believed to have prepared divorce papers against her cheating husband, according to U.S. media reports Tuesday.

Devastated Bullock is all set to dump her man -- the former "Monster Garage" star Jesse James, and has reportedly had her lawyer draw up the necessaries after allegations recently surfaced that he had affairs with several other women.

"Her attitude toward Jesse hasn't softened since she found out he was cheating on her," a source told media. "She's been betrayed and cheated on and she's not getting over that."

Media reported that there is a prenup between the couple, which specifies that James gets nothing if the couple split because of infidelity.

"If she divorces Jesse and proves he was cheating, which won't be hard, Sandra won't have to pay Jesse anything," the source added, "Right now Sandra is not thinking about the money, she's protected financially. She's just trying to deal with this mess."

There's no indication if and when she'll actually file for a legal split.

Last week, it was reported that James admitted to Bullock that he had affairs with seven different women.

Then he left for a 45-day sex addiction treatment program at the Arizona's Sierra Tucson Treatment Center, however he reportedly left over the weekend after Bullock refused to take his phone calls.
