娱乐英语新闻:Nash's dream of "Dancing with the Stars" ends
BEIJING, May 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Actress and TV hostess Nancy Nash was eliminated from ballroom dancing show "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday due to her unsatisfying performance, according to foreign media reports.
"You looked unsteady," as AP quoted judge Bruno Tonioli as saying. "This wasn't very good."
Nash said she was nervous while waiting for the results to come out, "the tension is thick but I'm prayed up and ready for whatever God has planned," she said.
But when the judges voted her down, she took it pretty well.
"I am a 40-year-old mother of three. I've got three C-sections under my belt," she said. "I was able to survive in this competition this long against some fantastic people - and with the fact that I cannot hula-hoop with a Cheerio."
She gracefully expressed her gratitude to her partner, her family and the show itself.
"This experience has taught me that I can do anything I want to do, and for that I will always be grateful," Nash commented.
Judges of the show have already "killed" TV reality show star Kate Gosselin and Jake Pavelka, actress Pamela Anderson and astronaut Buzz Aldrin.
