娱乐英语新闻:"Office" star Jenna Fischer marries Lee Kirk

BEIJING, July 6 (Xinhuanet) -- "The Office" star Jenna Fischer has tied the knot with writer Lee Kirk in a private ceremony in Malibu at this past weekend, according to media reports Tuesday.

Fisher's co-star Rainn Wilson tweeted, "Went to the most beautiful wedding I've ever experienced. Total Love, Jenna Fischer and Lee Kirk!"

The two got engaged last summer while vacationing in Europe. They have been dating since January 2008.

This is the first marriage for Kirk. Fischer was previously married to director James Gunn. They divorced in July 2007.

Fischer is best known for her portrayal of Pam Halbert on the show "The Office."

Prior to "The Office," she worked for three years doing hands-on rescue work for the organizations. She still regularly fosters cats and has hosted two silent auctions, in 2008 and 2009, for Kitten Rescue.
