娱乐英语新闻:Britney Spears to appear in "Glee", creator confirms

BEIJING, Aug. 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Britney Spears will be making a cameo in the second season of "Glee" in an episode dedicated to her, according to media reports. "Glee" creator revealed the exciting news on Seacrest's radio show Wednesday.

"Britney, I think, 100 percent is gonna be on the episode, which is exciting," Ryan Murphy said on "On-Air With Ryan Seacrest" on LA's KIIS-FM. "She's gonna come and join us and do a couple scenes."

Murphy also talked about the news at the red carpet premiere of his new movie "Eat Pray Love," "Well, it's her idea. She sort of wants to do a 'Where's Waldo?'-type thing with 'Where's Britney?'"

Murphy stressed that the episode will focus on Spears' music rather than her personal life.

Murphy told Access Hollywood's Billy Bush, at the "Eat Pray Love" junket in July. "They know that we're fans of hers, and we're doing it in a very reverential way. I think it's just about scheduling – I have to give her the dates."
