Greek President Karolos Papoulias expressed deep condolences to China, as weel as sympathy and support to the families of the victims.

Maltese President George Abela and Parliament Speaker Louis Galea sent condolences to the Chinese people, especially the families of the victims, saying that the Maltese people felt as if they had been experienced the quake.

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko expressed deepest sympathy and condolence to the families of the victims.

Armenian President Serzh Sarkissian conveyed greetings to the Chinese people and deep condolences to the families of the victims. He also wished the injured quick recovery.

Serbian President Boris Tadic and Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic extended greetings to the Chinese people and the families of the victims. He said the people of the two countries would unite as one. He believed China's relief work would be successful.

Other countries such as Nigeria and Andorra also sent condolences to China in various forms.
