Soldiers walks past seized, recovered and surrendered firearms from rebels as well as criminals before disposing them to coincide with the Philippine Army's 110th anniversary, at Fort Bonifacio, south of Manila March 22, 2007. At least 5,000 firearms will be destroyed on Thursday at the army headquarters in what the military said to prevent them from ending into the hands of terrorists, rebels and criminals. [Reuters]
