WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 (Xinhua) -- Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said on Thursday that the U.S. central bank will review derivatives transactions between the Wall street and Greek government that might be used to help Greece hide its debt.
"We are looking into a number of questions related to Goldman Sachs and other companies and their derivatives arrangements with Greece," Bernanke told the Senate Banking committee in a hearing.
He added that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is also exploring the issue.
