"This international conference stresses on the continuing coordination among all active parties which support the course of the peaceful settlement in Darfur. An urgent call has been directed to all the armed movements to head for Doha because we need a compressive agreement and not a partial one," he added.
The conference discussed the issues which are hampering the peace process in Darfur, means of boosting the peaceful process and continuation of the coordination between the Sudanese government and UNAMID to ensure delivery of humanitarian assistance.
Special Envoys of China, Russia and France, besides representatives of the European Union, the AL, and the African Union participated in the conference, while the U.S Special Envoy to Sudan, Scott Gration, and the British Envoy, Michael O'Neill were absent.
