"Serbia will not revoke the resolution on Kosovo, which was submitted to the UN General Assembly," he stated.
"We are prepared for constructive discussions on everything, even the resolution, but we cannot support decisions which would eventually be made, and which would confirm the independence of Kosovo," said Jeremic.
Westerwelle stated that the place for a discussion between Belgrade and Pristina was not in New York, at the UN, but at the European headquarters in Brussels.
Westerwelle also met with Serbian President Boris Tadic and Prime Minister Mirko Cvetkovic on Thursday. He will visit Kosovo on Friday.
