1.What's your career objective? 你的职业目标是什么？你的职业规划对公司的发展也很重要，所以考官一般都会问这个问题。回答的时候要根据应聘职位的要求和自己的实际情况来确定自己的职业目标，不要好高骛远，也不要妄自菲薄。

2. What do you consider important when looking for a job? 你认为找工作什么是最重要的？这就是在问你对工作的要求了，包括工作环境，同事关系等等。这个时候也要注意不要挑三拣四，毛病多多，以至于给人不好相处的坏印象。

3. Why are you interested in working in this company? 你为什么会对到这家公司工作感兴趣？也就是问你为什么会来应聘这个公司的职位，只不过是换了一个问法。 来源：考
