And I also wanted to say, since having found out that his girlfriend is actually a lesbian,.. that I love him. Always have. Always will. And that I'm... you know... available for dates... if he should feel so inclined.

Santiago: So, your girlfriend is a lesbian.

Darcy: Look, if you'll all just excuse us for a second... I think we should... Bridget, that was not the most romantic proposition I've ever heard.

Bridget: Well, maybe it is romantic because it's not. I mean... I know there's no music playing, and it's not snowing, but that doesn't mean that it, that it can't really be something.

Darcy: You're right. In fact, there's a question I've been meaning to ask you.

妙词佳句，活学活用

1. stash

stash指的是隐藏物，在电影中指的就是当时藏在牛角中的毒品。

2. available

这个词是英文当中的常用词，意思是“有用的，有空的”。举个例子大家就会明白了。比如“今天晚上我有空”就可以说：Tonight I'll be available. 再打个比方：在这家超市，你可以买到各种水果。All kinds of fruits will be available at this supermarket.

3. step out into

先从step这个词开始看。作为名词，step指的是“台阶”，而作为动词，step则变成了“走”，于是我们就得到了这个短语step out into，指的是“走出进入”，例如电影中“走出房间进入走廊”step out into the corridor。还有一个短语是step out of,是“走出来”的意思。“下车”就可以说成是step out of the car。
