　　Victor： 今天我们讨论的Topic是：

　　Nancy：She's a golf widow.

　　Victor：恩，是和高尔夫球相关的！

　　Nancy：This is a really common expression. Widow means your husband has died. Golf widow means your husband is alive, but plays golf so often that you spend a lot of time by yourself, so it's like he's dead.

　　Victor：Widow这个字是指丈夫去世的女性，也叫做寡妇。不过Golf Widow的丈夫们还活着，但他们因为要花很多时间在打高尔夫球上而冷落了这些可怜的妻子，于是我们用“Golf Widow”指那些丈夫痴迷于高尔夫球的女性们。
