暴风雨天气给欧洲造成混乱

Heavy snowfall and torrential rains have caused severe disruption in many parts of Europe.

In southern Austria, heavy snow left up to three thousand homes without electricity for hours. Two railway lines connecting Austria to Italy were forced to close.

Thousands in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Poland were affected by icy rain, sleet, and snow. Britain has been hit by severe flooding. The wet weather created a large sinkhole in southern England which swallowed a family’s vehicle in their driveway. The family has been advised not to sleep in the house.
