日本对华投资增长强劲

China's Ministry of Commerce held a press conference today, saying that during the past month, some Japanese invested companies have withdrawn from China for various reasons.

When responding to the question about these companies' withdraw, ministry spokesperson Shen Danyang says the comprehensive withdrawal of Japanese companies from China has not happened. Instead, based on the latest figure for this January, the newly established Japanese investment in China actually increased 3.5 percent, contracted foreign investment dramatically increased 46.9 percent, actual foreign investment increased 3.2 percent. Those figures show the overall growth of Japanese investment in China remains robust.
