亚冠:北京国安小组头名晋级
Beijing Guoan in the Asian Champions League only needed a point to earn top spot in Group G when they travelled to face the Suwon Blue wings.
If they could pull that off, it would mark the first time in their history that they claimed first place in the pool stage.
The two teams entered the game joint top of the group on 10 points with the visitors having a better head-to-head record.
And with 25 minutes gone that record looked to continue. Erton Fejzullahu with the ball over the top which finds its way to Dejan Damjanovic to tuck away the opener. 1-0 Guoan.
No doubt about the finish from Damjanovic though.
But the lead doesn't last long. Two minutes later, Suwon level thanks to a thunderous finish from the Brazilian Leo. 1-1 now.
Fantastic flick by Lee Sang-Ho but what about the finish from Leo to beat Yang Zhi in the Beijing goal.
Suwon almost take the lead in the 33rd minute when Leo hits the woodwork with this effort and then Kaio Felipe rattles the other post
Guoan go in at half time lucky not to be behind.
No goals in the second half and the game ends 1-1 which sends both sets of supporters home happy with both teams advancing to the knock-out stages.
So here is how it finished in Group G. Beijing Guoan go through thanks to that better head-to-head record.
In the other match, Japan's Urawa Reds got past Australian side Brisbane Roar 2-1 but that doesn't help either side as they are both eliminated.

Also, in pouring rain, Guangzhou Evergrande hosted defending champions Western Sydney Wanderers in their final game in Group H.
Evergrande coach Fabio Cannavaro had the luxury of leaving his top players on the bench, with his team having already qualified for the knockout stage.
By contrast, Tony Popovic's side needed all three points to have any chance of continuing the defence of their trophy.
The Australian side strike first 12 minutes before the break.
Guangzhou defender Kim Young Gwon slips on the wet turf and Mark Bridge pounces on the defender's misfortune. 1-nil Western Sydney.
Unfortunate slip from Kim which proved to be lethal for the hosts. And Evergrande stars Zheng Zhi and Gao Lin can only look on.
Then, right at the death, the visitors make it two when striker Tomi Juric finds the net from a tight angle.
But with FC Seoul beating Kashima Antlers in the other Group H game, Western Sydney's chances of reaching the last 16 were effectively over.
So here is a look at the standings in Group H. Evergrande advance as leaders on 10 points.
FC Seoul edged Kashima Antlers 3-2 and as a result of that match the South Korea side move to the next stage on 9 points.
