运动的重要性 The Importance of Taking Exercise
I enjoy staying at home. I can watch TV or play computer games. However, my mother once told me that I spent too much time at home and suggested that I go out and exercise. I didn't pay much attention to what she said at the time. Until one day, I felt dizzy while playing computer games, and I decided to go to the hospital for a check-up. The doctor told me that my health was weak and I needed to do more exercise. After that, I started to spend less time at home. Every morning, I get up early and go jogging. I found that many people were enjoying the morning time, the old people were dancing in the square, while the young people were running. Exercise helps me keep fit, so I decided to keep doing exercises.
我很享受呆在家里的时光,可以看电视或者玩电脑游戏。不过,我的妈妈曾经告诉我,我花太多时间宅在家里,建议我出去运动一下。当时我并没有太在意她的话。直到有一天,我在玩电脑游戏时感到头晕目眩,我决定去医院检查。医生告诉我,我的身体状况虚弱,需要多做运动。从那以后,我开始减少宅在家里的时间。每天早上,我都会早早起床去慢跑。我发现很多人都在享受早晨的时光,老年人在广场上跳舞,而年轻人则在跑步。运动帮助我保持健康,所以我决定坚持锻炼身体。
