作业之我见 My View on Homework

Nowadays, more and more people in society have realized the importance of quality education. However students in primary schools and high schools are still complaining that they are overloaded with too much homework.

现在，社会上越来越多的人已经意识到教育质量的重要性。但是，小学生和中学生仍旧抱怨他们的作业负担太重。

In many teachers' eyes, homework offers a good method to strengthen the knowledge the students have obtained, yet they ignored the disadvantages that homework brings. For one thing too much homework will take up all the spare time of students leaving them unable to enjoy the rest of their lives; for another, too much homework will do great harm to students' health both physically and mentally.

在很多老师看来，作业是巩固学生已学知识的好方法，但是他们忽略了作业带来的弊端。一方面，过多作业会占用学生所有的课余时间，使得他们不能够享受生活好好休息；另一方面，太多的作业对学生呢个的身体和精神健康都有害。

It is high time that schools thought more about the function of homework and tried to take practical measures to promote the all-round development of students.

学校是时候多考虑作业的作用，并试图采取实际行动来促进学生的全面发展。
