2012年8月25日北美新GRE机经回忆（网友回忆）

　　作文的issue是 in many industry, beginners are more likely than experts to make contributions.
　　argument 大概是survey 调查出successful ad company executives tend to sleep less than six hours, so in order for the company to prosper, they need to hire employees who sleep less than 6 hours.
　　Verbal的填空题里出现了的单词：
　　pariah, fulminate, panegyric, objectionable, inexplicable, reticent, taciturn, extraneous, indifferent, impermanent, reversible,
　　阅读有寂静中出现过的文章。。。一篇是讲两个African American的杂志，一个叫Freedom Journal, 另一个不记得了。。。一些专家认为freedom journal 的订阅者大于800，因为一些读者不同意另一个报纸的观点，于是开始订阅这个Freedom Journal... 还有一些african American 的 org 订阅这些期刊，所以会员都可以读到。。。大意是这样吧。。。
　　还有两篇是讲alternative fuel的。。。其中一篇讲虽然对使用gasoline的车辆进行了很大的改善，但是总体的汽车增多了，所以没有什么效果。。。现在发现了一种M物质，会帮助改善环境，减少有害气体排放，但是使用M就要求会fuel tank 进行改造。。。。。
　　还有一篇讲Decartes 的地球构造的理论。他认为地球的中心是liquid什么的。。。。现在还有geophysicist subscribe to his theory. 但现在的理论是地心是high pressure, high temperature的一种有iron的合金，地心外是两层mantle....mantle外面就是地表？啊我是文科生我不懂啦
　　还有一个是寂静里也提过的一个black woman writer写的folklore collection. 一直以来大家看得都是1935发表的second edition, 但是最近有人发现了一个1929年左右的edition，两版的变化是其中一版有mediating voice...
